business since 2002 collaborated with hosting service providers such as Rediff, Google, GoDaddy, Hostgator, etc.,. Our major expansion took place in 2016 with e-commerce portal development, e-publishing, digital marketing and Cloud computing consulting added in our service portfolio.
Our key success lies with our quality of service and customer satisfaction,
which leads to successful renewal of service contracts with our customers
for more than a decade.
Our Support System
We have a strong technical support team located in Chennai to provide online support through our helpdesk system available for normal business hours. We have 24 x 7 support coverage for our premium support contracts. Our core management team are having more than two decades of experience in Web hosting, designing and in the IT Infrastructure system integration business. The OEM service provider backs up most of our services with their original support system in place covering for 24 x 7 using online chat and telephone support.
