G Cloud Networks Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Smart Wardrobe mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

Information We Collect

When you use Smart Wardrobe, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google to create and manage your account.
  • Photos: Photos of your clothing items that you add to the App are uploaded to and stored in your own personal Google Drive account, in a folder named “SmartWardrobe.” We do not store copies of your photos on our own servers.
  • Usage data: We store information you provide within the App, such as dress descriptions, colors, tags, wear history, and outfit preferences, to power the App’s organizing and matching features.
  • Device and notification data: If you enable notifications, we store a device token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send you reminders and alerts.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App’s features
  • Authenticate your identity and secure your account
  • Store and retrieve your wardrobe data and photos
  • Send notifications you have opted into
  • Improve and troubleshoot the App

Smart Wardrobe uses the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data:

Data Storage and Security

Your wardrobe data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, and your photos remain in your own Google Drive account under your control. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App’s settings, or by contacting us using the details below. You may also revoke Smart Wardrobe’s access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google Account settings.

Children’s Privacy

Smart Wardrobe is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
